- Orders are processed and shipped on all working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery
- In areas where courier service is unavailable, orders may be shipped via India Post / Speed Post
We take special care in packaging books to prevent damage during transit.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Within Kolkata: 3–5 working days
- Outside Kolkata: 5–7 working days

- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, location, or unforeseen circumstances
- Delays caused by natural events, strikes, or logistics issues are beyond our control
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment
- Charges may vary depending on delivery location and order value
4. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
- Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or account dashboard
5. Order Cancellation Policy

- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
